Last weekend we had the pleasure of Pops coming into town. On Saturday we took the kids down to Diamondbacks FanFest. They had blow-up bouncy toys for the kids, and Layla convinced Pops to stand in line for the toddler slide with her four times! Afterward we ate AWESOME Mexican food at a hole-in-the-wall restaurant called Carolinas. If you're in Phoenix, give it a try.

The first time Stephen took me to Carolina's, I was kinda freaked out. Now I crave their food. Oh so yummy!!
