A Little Bit Crazy

Well, that's an understatement. Live has been NUTS for the past few months. Here's a quick recap (not because it's really all that interesting, but because this doubles as a sort of lazy man's journal, and also to illustrate why my blog has been so infrequently updated lately).

March 18- Kids and I flew to SLC for spring break
March 31- April 6- PARIS!
April 7- Back to Phoenix
April 12- Ryan moved to Seattle to start his new job
April 14- House went on the market, requiring me to leave it spotless every time I walked out the door
April 22-25- I flew to Seattle to find a house while Pops stayed with the kiddos
April 28- May 5- Trip to SLC for Lanee's wedding
May 25- Mom flew down to Phx to pick up the kids, movers came to pack up the house
May 26- All of the boxes and furniture were loaded into a moving van
May 27- I drove to SLC
May 29-31- Headed to Bear Lake for Memorial Day Weekend
June 2-3- Mel and I flew up to Seattle to unpack, arrange furniture, etc. Kids stayed with Grandma
June 6-9- Layla and I flew to LA for a girls only Disneyland trip. Weston stayed with Lanee and Christian.
June 11-13- Bear Lake with the Mumford/Hatch clan (including Whitney and Carson, yay!)
June 15- Kids and I fly to Seattle... for good!

Needless to say, we have had a blast but are looking forward to getting settled in our new home and not going anywhere for a while. You are all welcome to visit, but don't expect us to leave until Christmas.

Sounds like a crazy crazy time! It was fun to see you for a little bit. I must say, I am a little jealous of all your kid free time! (even if it was packing, cleaning, etc). I think I feel this way because we had an awful day yesterday, and I'm dying to have a day ALONE!

Have a great time in Bear Lake, and enjoy Seattle :) Hope to visit soon!

wow - what a life! busy as usual and so many fun things going on! How do you like WA so far?! Random question - but while reading your list of activities I thought maybe you'd know...is there a bbq up at the lake? Bryson & are in charge of dinner one night and we were thinking it would be great to do something outside on a grill...assuming there is one!

I know, like I said....random!

So fun that you had all the travels already - but I wish we'd overlap in SL for a bit. It's fun to catch up with your families when we are all in town - but it doesn't seem like that is happening that much in the last few years does it?!!

Tell the Princess and little man hello - and are you going to find out the gender on the little one waiting to make their entrance?!!
