Taking Aim

Weston: (running out if the bathroom with his hands up in the air) Mom, I pooped in the potty!

Me: Great job buddy! I'm so proud of you!

Weston: I didn't pee in the potty though.

Me: That's okay, bud. You don't have to pee every time.

West: (big smile) Yeah, this time I peed on the floor! (points to a giant puddle by the sink)

Me: What?!? Why did you pee on the floor??

West: (still smiling) Because it was fun! See, I got the wall too.

Clearly, we have some work to do before he is ready for preschool.
