This evening I was making dinner and Layla was in the kitchen monkeying around, as usual. She started pulling the towels down from the oven bar, and this conversation ensued:
Me: Layla, don't I tell you every time we're in the kitchen not to pull those towels down?
Layla: Yes.
Me: Then why are you pulling them down right now?
Layla: Sometimes I'm a very bad girl.

That is darling. I can see sweet little Layla saying. She is precious.
