Due to my lack of sleep I can't think of anything interesting to say. Things are going swimmingly around the Hatch household. Weston weighed in at 9 lbs at his two week appointment, which is almost two pounds more than his birth weight! Next week I will be busy exchanging several baby gifts that came in size 0-3 months. That is amazing to me since Layla was only back up to her birth weight of 5 lbs 14 oz at her two week checkup and was wearing newborn diapers for at least three months. He eats like a champ, sleeps pretty well and is generally a delightful child.
Layla is adjusting amazingly well. She has accepted the role of big sister and is very helpful during the day. She has grown more and more affectionate towards baby brother, and now asks us to tell her stories about Princess Layla and Prince Weston.
We have had the pleasure of having Mimi and Makenna in town this weekend, which was especially fun for Layla. She looks up to her aunt and has a blast doing absolutely anything with her. My dear, brave husband took Makenna, Layla and her friend Rylee to a local park on Saturday and the girls had the time of their lives (as did Mom and Mimi with a quite house)! Thanks, honey!
We are looking forward to Grandma coming back tomorrow and the rest of the Aho Clan arriving later in the week for Thanksgiving!

GAK! I am exploding with emotion. Weston is SO O O O O cute! I don't know if I can even describe. And HI, Layla's hair in those pig tails is pretty much the cutest thing since Shirley Temple. AHHHH I'm so excited to see you!
